In order to receive the contract price for Muscogee Creek Nation members, the following eligibility requirements must be on file with us before your order is dispatched.

Required: A copy of your MCN Roll Card card 

• If it is a new CDIB card - your home address must match a current utility bill service address & nothing else is needed! 
• If it is an older CDIB card (with no address) then citizen must provide a state ID/Driver's License which a matching service address as a current utility bill.
